International Admission
International Student Enrollment Process
Once the application and supporting documents have been submitted, The Reformed University will issue the students initial I-20 and official letter of acceptance. Students must take their I-20 Form, passport of their original country, official acceptance letter, financial verification and other documents to the United States Consulate in their country in order to receive F-1 Visa.An F-1 Student are required to report to The Reformed University immediately upon arrival to meet with the Registrar. Please bring the following documents; passport, stamped I-20 and I-94. All students and their dependents are required to purchase medical insurance. Insurance is not included in your tuition.
International Students must enroll as Full time students which mean undergraduate students must take 12 or more credits per semester and graduate students must take 9 or more credits per semester.
SEVIS I-20 POLICIES AND PROCEDURE FOR INTENRNATIONAL STUDENTS
New International Students from Other CountriesSubmit the following documents:
- Application for admissions
- An official transcript and/or diploma from the previously attended schools
- Undergraduate: Two Recommendation Letters / Graduate: Three Recommendation Letters
- Personal Statement (including Testimony of Faith and Ministry/Mission Plan)
- 3 Passport Photos
- Recent Bank Statement (Financial Support) and Affidavit of Support
- A copy of resident registration or a certified copy of student’s family register
- A Copy of Passport
- A copy of your VISA and I-94 (both front and back)
- TOEFL or IELTS score* /or proof of three years attendance at a secondary level educational institution where English was the principal language of the institution.
- Application Fee: $100 (Non-refundable)
- Registration Fee: $150 (Non-refundable)
Transfer International Students
For students who have already obtained F-1 Visa:
- All students who want to transfer to The Reformed University of U.S.A must submit following documents:
- Application for admissions
- An official transcript from the previously attended school(s)
- Undergraduate: Two Recommendation Letters / Graduate: Three Recommendation Letters
- Personal Statement (including Testimony of Faith and Ministry/Mission Plan)
- 3 Passport Photos
- Recent Bank Statement (Financial Support) and Affidavit of Support
- Transfer-in Form, Acceptance Letter
- A copy of Passport
- A copy of your VISA and I-94 (both front and back)
- A copy of I-20 of the previous school (Present I-20)
- TOEFL or IELTS score* /or proof of three years attendance at a secondary level educational institution where English was the principal language of the institution.

TOEFL minimum 500 PBT, 173 CBT, or 61 iBT
IELTS minimum 6.0 (academic module)
Graduate
TOEFL minimum 550 PBT, 213 CBT or 79~80 iBT
